Yes, you must have a Customer Account with us.

However please see below if you are a new, returning fundraising customer or unsure of your account status.

If you’ve run a Homestyle Bake Fundraiser before, you likely already have a fundraising account with us. In this case, we’ll need transfer your fundraising account to a wholesale account which will require a credit application to be completed by you. Use the ‘Contact Us‘ form below and our team will reach out to organise the transfer and address any questions you may have.

If you’re new to Homestyle Bake, simply fill out the contact form ‘Become a Customer‘, and our team will reach out to provide you with the applicable documents to start your wholesale account.

Fundraising orders are required to be placed using our online portal. If you are unsure of your login please use the forgot password function or reach out to our team to gain access.

Delivery will take place as per your normal orders unless otherwise specified. For example, if you are a school P&C, you can place your order under the tuckshop account if we currently supply them. We recommend communicating directly with the tuckshop regarding your drive.

While bulk orders are packed into boxes, this may not provide enough boxes for when each individual order is packed by you.

For that reason we recommend advising families to bring their own chiller shopping bags for ease of collection. This will also ensure that perishable items stay fresh during transit.

  • Pre-packing orders for direct handout upon arrival.
  • Sorting orders alphabetically by last name for quick retrieval.
  • Grouping orders by class, team, or group for efficient distribution.

We recommend allowing families 2 – 3 weeks to place and pay for their orders.

Furthermore, set an order cut-off date for families at least 10 days prior to your chosen delivery date. This will ensure you have plenty of time to collate and place your bulk order with our team 5 days prior to your chosen delivery date.

Please remember if you require the Fundraising Order to be delivered outside of your normal delivery schedule, you will need to advise our team when placing the order.

Our Winter 2024 Editable Order Form includes a selection of our Single Serve Pies and Sausage Rolls, all of which are individually wrapped for the convenience of packing individual orders.

State of Origin Team Donuts 2024

Indulge in our top-selling specialty donuts! Cheer on your team with our State of Origin-themed donuts, available by the dozen.

  1. Select our ‘EDITABLE ORDER FORM’ button and select the ‘Use Template for new design’ option.
  2. Fill out your drive details and add your own pricing to the form.
  3. Add your community’s pricing and specify details such as order deadline and payment instructions. (We recommend setting this date 10 working days prior to your desired delivery date to allow you time to collate orders and payment).
  4. Once the details are complete select ‘Share’ then ‘download’, specify your download preferences then downoad to your device, print out and then distribute the menu to your community.

We strongly recommend keeping your selection of product to a minimum. This simplifies both the packing process for individual orders and the distribution to families, making it easier for your volunteers.
